Design of Rapid Oil Fingerprint Analysis and Visuallized Identification System Based on GIS

Oil fingerprint identification plays an important role in the marine administrative law enforcement.In the traditional oil fingerprint identification process,oil fingerprint information is mainly stored in file format.By this way there are serious shortcomings,for example, difficult to manage and query.Meanwhile,in the identification process there is a lower degree of automation,the workload of analysis staff is relatively large.Much software is used in the analysis and identification process,and there is not a unified software system.As mentioned above,it is urgent to establish an oil fingerprint data management,analysis and identification system.In this paper,with GIS technology,the rapid oil fingerprint analysis and visualized identification system is established.A comprehensive database is built which contains oil fingerprint raw data,attribute data,analytical data,spatial data,spectrum data and media data. All oil fingerprint information is managed in a unified and integrated system.This system lays a solid foundation for the rapid analysis and identification of oil fingerprint.The graphical control which is independent developed can draw spectrums rapidly.An accurate peak automatic integration method is developed.The method can reduce the differences brought about by human intervention,which realized the standardization of fingerprint information extraction.The method can shorten the working hours by 70%,greatly improving the efficiency.The identification methods,such as t test,repeat test,correlation coefficient,cluster analysis and principal component analysis,are integrated in a unified system.By using GIS technology,the oil platform and spilled oil information is stored in database and presented in maps,the oil sample information can be queried and dynamically updated through spatial database engine,which plays an important role in spilled oil monitoring and decision-making.In practice,the system makes the whole process of analysis and identification rapidly and healthy,efficient,safe and meanwhile,time,manpower and material resources are dramatically saved.The theory and application of oil fingerprint identification have been promoted a further development.
