At present, there is a good opportunity for subway industry, The government in order to enlarge domestic demand, which devote all its energy on infrastructure construction .so the construction speed for subway is pickup.Following Beijing,Guangzhou,Shenzhen, other city like Nanjing, Chendu, Shenyang, Nanning ect begin to construct the subway, in future, more and more subway will be operated. subway track industry is a public service company, the urgently needed is to enhance operating ability and service quality.On the other hand, different customers need different services. In this case, customers ‘demand not only high level service requirements ,but also E-commerce application for subway is triggered. So the urgently needed is to design and build up one customer information service system including customer services, inner services and management, E-commerce &manufacturing system and operation management system.In this environment, more and more subway companies begin to set up the customer services information and management related system. from traditionally site service, Manual service, broadcast service to information , off-line , active service. Overview the whole information system in this world, most of the information service and exchange is within set up stage in our country. Most of city has built or begin to built customer information express systems mostly depend on subway TV. Part of city had built website and station termination exchange system. Generally, the channel for customer service is not enough, the exchange style is single, and information island problem is very serious.This study mainly reference to successful experience from home and abroad., integrate with subway business specialties. using existing resource, extended customer information channel. ,improve information management level, From enlarging E-commerce information application, considering with above three point, the whole customer service information management platform should be designed. And we should put more attention on customer service and related software design, integrating, and application . The following article is the mainly outcome.1) For far seeing plan, selective analysis on subway track industry, and existed system condition. We will slave the whole system from the whole unit. Including application design, the mainly technical structure design, the basic structure design.2) At present, actually many subway companies had built necessary produce information system or information system. Including signal system, AFC ticket system, GIS system, subway TV system . We should focus on application of existed resource and recombination. Designing for customer service information software is based on this. There is a description for customer service information software in this article, the key point and difficult point is system application and intergradations. We also give analysis and settlement on difficult point for designing; and system test and apply, including integrating with GIS public service design and application, and design for AFC data intergraded management.3 ) For extending service channel, making a plan for service style of customer information service, and make a description for the design of service channel and internet integrations.
