The high-speed growth of land market promote the development of land evaluation, using computer technology in land evaluation is an inevitable trend, land evaluation system play a very important role in ensuring the evaluation to be simple and objective.This paper firstly elaborate the related technologies, such as data mining, design patterns, GIS and so on, then we analyze the workflow of land evaluation, base on these propose the system structure. Introduced the concept of method library, and use simple factory pattern to realize it, this can promise the extensibility and maintainability of this system. During design the system, we follow the prince of design patterns, to allow the various functions work together we adopt proxy pattern. Though GIS technology makes input, manage and use date to be simple, this does a great deal for evaluation people. To make evaluation history useful, we adopt data mining, and use Microsoft decision trees algorithm, this make continuous variables can be predicted. Using business entity and data access components depart UI layers, business logic and database.The system has already been used, the feedback from our client shows that the function of land evaluation can satisfy their business needs, and the function of data recommending can successfully deal with the problem of evaluation history can’t be used sufficiently.
