Nowadays, the integration of GIS and the environmental application model gradually become one of the main directions in GIS application.Environmental risk assessment has been an important aspect of environmental impact assessment. The reasonable risk forecast of atmosphere leak accident and making a visual representation are key techniques for atmosphere environmental risk assessment.Based on the analysis of home and aboard theories and applications, calculation modules of leakage rate including liquor leakage, gas leakage and dichotomous leakage and leakage diffusion are set up.The model is good in versatility which can be used in many kinds of meteorological condition. This article analyzes and discusses the advantage and the shortage of the integration between GIS and professional application model, and then puts forward the integration method, which can implement the integration of the component technology, application model and object-oriented development environment. At the same time, this paper discusses the model establishment, the methods and process of integration realization, as well as the visualization expression in detail. With the application of TGIS and model integration, and with Visual Basic.NET as an object-oriented programming tool, the atmosphere risk prediction system of hazardous chemicals is initially forming, by means of the file transmission methods and the assembled technique integrating the TGIS.At last, the significance of the study is that the results of municipal simulation of atmosphere impact can be visually and quickly expressed on computer screen. It can provide effective help to make atmosphere environmental influence assessment and emergency decision-making. Combined with actual application, this model has been applied in some chemistry industrial park, which obtains well visualization analysis effection and validates the correctness of this model at the same time.
